Same; it has that render-level perfection to the finish. Its quite high seated for a trike though; curious how that pans out in terms of cornering stability.

Yeah, now that you mentioned it - probably not the best - for how tall it is front track is way too narrow - on a classic tadpole your ass almost touches the pavement and the wheelbase look wider - those are pretty stable, velomobiles are low as well but narrower and still relatively easy to flip.

There is suspension on both axles.

Since then, I have recycled the MDF material of the masterpiece sample. Styrofoam sheets cannot be recycled.

@@zoltanszaszdesign If you use discarded styrofoam at least it will get one more use out of it before it goes to the landfill, and save the use of another resource.

Unfortunatelly I'm far from done, as you said. Now It has four wheels, new rear axle and drive chain, new front suspension, new canopy frame and so on. The weight has also increased, so a larger battery will be needed. But I haven't found a suitable place for the battery yet, so as not to increase the balance issues (it was serious on 3 wheels, already I fell over with it). It's a process I do alone. You are asking me to sell my half-grown child. I won't, at least not now. Maybe if I reach a dead end with it and can no longer add to it from my own strength and resources.

Elég sok feltételnek teljesülnie kellene a sorozatgyártáshoz. Egyéb projektek miatt most pihen, de hamarosan újra foglalkozni fogok vele. Időközben a hátsó tengelyre 2 kerék került, így már stabilabb lett, mint trike-ként. Emiatt az egész hajtást át kellett alakítani.

I've done quite a bit of research on this topic in recent years. It is not worth producing economically in the quantity that could be sold. It would be too expensive, see the prices of other velomobiles. It can be bought for the price of a used small car, so it is not attractive to larger crowds. There are two ways: 1. High tech and well engineering eventually result in a very expensive product. 2. garage tuning cannot compete on the market in terms of quality and is therefore not marketable.

I know from my own experience that it is not possible to do it cheaper, only if you increase the number of pieces in production. No one can sell many of these. It costs four times £5,000 to make one...

Too much money and countless hours spent on it. If you thinking about to start a project like this, you can calculate with few months for design, 1-2 months to collect all needed parts and materials, few weeks for masterpiece and tooling,4-6 months intensive workshop for the rest. And other few years for testing, finishing, modify, refine and so on. I made it without team and support, depends also from available capacity and workflow.

It's not ready for production. You need to gather a lot of information about other builds, learn lessons and build your own. It would be a beautiful world if everyone could travel in their own built vehicle. Like in Mad-Max. ;)

@@Martin-hq1if Be prepared that design protection protects this form. You better not copy...Copying is not creative and worthless, always keep this in mind. Plus, it can cost you a lot.

@@Martin-hq1if What you find on the internet is not all free to use. There is a copyright or license, but the purchase ensures that both parties do well. Imagine a world where the content of creative people is copied and exploited or sold. Inspiration is different from adaptation. At most, you can use content created by others as inspiration. If you have no idea how to make new things happen, find a designer who will help you visualize your idea.

You may not be well informed. There are plenty of examples like this, you should look it up. For example, wooden inserts from the 50s, or contemporary yacht design features on cars.
