Yes, I expect to see signs every day! It helps to create a “construct” for them to communicate through. Like, if I’m on the right path, send me a yellow butterfly. Or if I can expect abundance, send me dimes today. If you’re working on building your intuition, might help to see what info comes through intuitively before heading to Google. 😊

So timely with my daughter just started preschool and has been so angry when she gets home because I am her safe space to unload these feelings. I’ve wanted to hand her the iPad but have found that letting her run with bare feet in the backyard and jumping on the trampoline is the best way to have her process all that pent up energy she may not know how to express. I can’t wait to teach her Reiki!

Particularly enjoyed the two energy (Reiki?) related tips for raising your vibration. Never encountered those before. Raising your vibration I believe is essential and most of what I've seen out there is generic and not inspiring or helpful beyond ""the usual suspects" i.e. gratitude etc. Many thanks 👍👍🙏

Yes I get you. But please don't say you don't need money to be happy to someone who is going through a period of extreme poverty. Yes you can be happy cleaning bathrooms from time to time and appreciate many things in your life and give gratitude. But it's so easy to say that money doesn't bring happiness when you have enough which I'm sure you do. I don't have space to tell you my story, but I am desperately trying to manifest abundance which I need so badly, and all these advice on how to raise your vibration videos, all these 'experts' on Spirituality don't help i the slightest. I am continuing my Spiritual path alone with many challenges, believe me!

You are so spot on! I really get a lot out of your posts. Today your comment about automatic writing really spoke to me. I’ve kinda let that go by the wayside. I’ve been home sick for awhile now, and that usually means my focus has gotten off track. It’s like my guides say, “Take a break and refocus.” I’m going to get back to the automatic writing method of connecting with my guides and get my focus back on track. I am just beginning to purposefully connect and I have received hints of almost of all of the ways you mentioned. Learning to connect even more on a regular basis has been both challenging and fun...the cry us very prevalent for me at this time though. I just thought it was clearing!! Thank you!!

I get messages from the music of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, even today. And I turn it up!

I get messages in intuitive hits! I just feel and hear a soft gentle message, auditory and kinesthetic. I see repeating numbers several times a day, every single day!

Carol, you are so right about the cards. It's crazy how they are spot on each time!

I've also asked a question of my guides or asked them how i can solve a problem before sleep and woken up with the answer. This isn't dreaming the answer. It's like a download that is just there on waking. I know it's from spirit because the answer just comes whole cloth and usually not something i would not have thought of.
