Christ, in fact, has been raised from the dead, Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:20, and He is the firstfruits of the greater harvest to come. That is, our Lord’s resurrection is the confirmation that we who believe in Him will likewise be raised bodily. He is the first of the crop to be harvested, so to speak, and we are the remainder who will one day receive resurrected bodies. This implies a proper chronological order with respect to those who will be raised, an order that Paul gives in today’s passage while looking beyond the full resurrection harvest. First, Jesus was resurrected, and second, His people will be raised, with the latter event occurring at the return of Christ (v. 22). Our Lord’s resurrection is the firstfruits, so it happens first. Our resurrection at the end of history is the fullness of the harvest, so it happens later. Paul locates our resurrection at the return of Jesus to consummate the kingdom, which means that any claim that the resurrection has already occurred or will occur before Jesus’ coming in glory must be rejected.

I'm glad brother that you understand there is NO pre-trib rapture. However, there is also, NO literal 1000 year kingdom in our future. I noticed that you are reading the book of revelation literally. Thats a mistake. Yes, there are some literal passages, but for the most part, the signs and symbols REPRESENT something. For example, the 144000 are NOT literal Jews. Rev14:1 This represents the RETURN of the Lord. ONE-TIME. So, who does he bring with him? Is it a literal 144000 or ALL the saints? Now read Zech14:4-5. The Lord my God shall COME and ALL the saints with him. 1Thes3:13 At the COMING of our Lord with ALL the saints. Also, 1Thes2:19/ 4:14, and Col3:4. This is how to understand revelation. The same thing with Rev20. The only way to understand these things, is to study what Jesus taught FIRST. Then and only then, can revelation be understood. Thats why Jesus nor the Apostles never taught a literal 1000 years.
