It's your responsibility to control your kids. If she was disrupting other customers the right then to do would have been to take her outside until she calmed down. I'm sorry but we all need to live in this society together and you don't get special privileges just for popping kids out of your vag. Then claiming it's about race. Come off it. And people need to stop saying "it's a free country" like that because you are misusing the term. Being a "free country" means the government cannot infringe upon your basic rights. It does NOT mean you can act whichever way you want, or allow your kids to act out, in a business, establishment, or public space. It does NOT mean you have absolute freedom without consequence. A business has the right to refuse service and to ask a customer to leave (or take their child outside) if they are disrupting the peace of the other customers. Yes kids cry and I think MOST people know this, but if several people complained it was clearly excessive.

I hate parents who don't discipline their bad ass kids. The fact that she keeps crying and pausing, lets me know she is only looking for attention or behaving like a brat because she couldn't have her way or something like that. At my job, I can't even begin to describe the annoying little brats that come through on a daily basis and then the parents just let the scream and holler while they are shopping. 😒😒😒

I understand the customer is upset she refused her service but she still acted soooo petty. If her daughter was wining a little bit or crying a LITTLE BIT I'm sure no one would care so she must of really be throwing a fit, probably screaming & being ridiculous. I worked at dollar store and I never asked a parent to calm their child down even if their kid was screaming, even if other customers complained about it & the kid running around, throwing tantrums and a lot of parents dont care their kids act like that, they wont spank them. They either say nothing to the kid OR they yell at them. I know if I acted like that in a store or my siblings or my friends back in the 90s and 00s, our parents would smack our asses, my mom would walk out the store and we got NOTHING. We knew not to act like that. But still the customer was very immature herself acting all petty at the end. I think it's funny she got told to calm her child down, maybe she should start telling her daughter to be quiet and behave. 90% of the time kids STILL GET WHAT THEY WANT even after misbehaving in the store. I'm actually SHOCKED when the parent says NO and MEANS NO b/c that virtually never happens.

I went to the Dollar Tree in the store manager told me I had to leave because I've been in there once that is racial profiling but while I was in the store it was a young lady came by me Caucasian with a bag cuz I've been in the store once and the manager said I have to show my money to make sure I have money is nutraceutical profiling yes I'm black but you're going to complain about a black woman coming back in your store cuz she needed to make sure she had money
