If you are writing off a jet you aren’t using 100% of time for business, that’s tax fraud. These guys are scammers.
tax write off just means he wouldnt have to pay taxes on the jet, hes still gotta pay for the jet in full and unless you fly alot probably not worth buying one
This is a write off against his income. He made a ton of money for the year and used the jet as an expense against his business income.
This guy is a con artist used car salesman that is being watched by the feds...he will be in the pokey shortly

He also labels his property as church assets until they are used to avoid taxes. My only point is without the church He would be poor but advertising his ponzi scheme should be a crime along with him using the church to avoid taxes.

It's absolutely wrong. The loss of liquidity and damage to your balance sheet is brutal and with zoom it is unnecessary 90% of the time.
I agree that most people can’t write off a jet with their business, but Grant on the other hand is making so much that it does make sense for him. I do think we should write off things in business to us income that will help your business grow in scale as long as you can afford to.

Seriously. Our home has shot up in value since we purchased. Our payments have not. Rents have shot up tho. By retirement our payments will only be taxes and insurance. Can't say that if you are renting.

You definitely want to make sure you can afford the real estate investment and all repairs are included in your rehab budget!
If you can't afford a house, it's still a bad investment. Get the affordable fixer-upper, and I guarantee your roof will need to be replaced as soon as your plumbing backs up. Likely in the middle of the renovation you can't afford. While your taxes increase 30%. Just to find out you're pregnant, and your parents need hospice.
