Based on at least the two palettes that I have from the line, it is a very solid formula, especially if a person has texture on their lids and wants something very effortless to work with. 😊

It's quite gold bronzy palette. Few of the lighter shimmers are more champagne/taupe leaning. I think the promo images really made this palette look more "versatile" than it actually is. The shifty shades are nice, but it is still essentially a bronzy palette. The two deep purple shimmers on my skin pull quite brown.

I think in terms price vs quality from indie eyeshadow palettes the Betty Boop was a very good pick. With Ensley Reign I would be bit picky and only buy a colour story you really think you will get a lot of use out of.

I think the only Glamlite palettes I bought, I waited until I heard reviews on them, but with that one it didn't stick around long enough for me to decide. I think you are right about picking a color story from Ensley Reign, too. They are more expensive, so I want to be a bit more thoughtful when I decide to pick one up. I will be including the palette in a final review video some time during May. However having used it about a week I'd say it's a nice neutral palette, but nothing super different than what is already on the market. If you have neutral palettes in your collection, than you probably have something similar to the BPerfect palette.

I agree that the shade is pretty! 🩷 Unfortunately the Duck Plump gloss is not very comfortable to wear, but if you don't mind the burning, than it is a pretty gloss.

Thank you so much! 😍 Lucliky these days I'm bit more selective in terms of what I buy (it's more than average consumer but still) so I knew beforehand quite well that it wasn't going to be that big of a declutter. I also live in an apartment with limited storage, so that also sets some limits how much I can have at once. 😅

I think if you buy particularly the palettes on sale, because she runs those all the time, than they are worth it considering other high end brands with similar quality. As a person who owns quite many of the palettes, I'm actually happy that I can spend my money on other products the brand comes out with, and see how formulas compare to other similar brands. 😊 The holiday palettes for me this year were more interesting than the newest Mothership, because those had variation of colour stories to choose from.

I agree that the shades themselves aren't anything that exciting. The blushess are my favorites but I already knew I liked the PMG blush formula, so it would have been bad if the blushes in the holiday palette, would not have worked out. The quint is definitely not a blue palette, more like some silvers mixed with purple and darker blue shades.

I can do that, I was thinking a higher end makeup look reel for the Saturday or Sunday. I own the Huda Rose Quartz and I would say even without doing a swatch comparison or an eyelook comparison the Rose Quartz shimmer are more impactful, so if you have it the looks have more oomph. The shimmer shade is the PMG palette is nice, but the formula is much dryer than the formula of the Huda shimmers.
