Arahabaki. Low level but it naturally has "Repel Phys" and "Repel Gun". Mix that with that orb they talked about and he can only be hurt by Almighty damage and repels basically all punching :3

@@bird1729 Jack Frost I believe is a widely used character, so even though King Frost and Black Frost exist the most recognizable is, Jack himself. Sure he might be low leveled, but being recognizable is nice :3

Yep. His whole thing is rebelling against and breaking free from a predetermined fate/destiny. You can't force a particular fate or destiny on Joker _unless he allows it_ in the first place. He will always find a way to rebel and break free. The only feasible way GER _might_ have worked on Joker would have been to try and force a fate/destiny on him that he actually _wanted_ and even _then_ he'd very likely still rebel and break free since such a fate/destiny would have still been a "lie".

adding on to this: It's pretty much confirmed joker can do it freely as well, as Justine says before you fight her that they'll fight you in mementos and not shibuya it'self to avoid risk to passerbys. also, if he did, SEES, the investigation team and maybe the P1 and 2 squads would be on joker fast so he dosent use his powers outside the metaverse for the most part.

@Sam_49362 yeah, i just thought i'd mention that it was confirmed for joker, as ive seen a few people claim that joker couldn't. Its not just joker too, fukka canonically can without evoker, along with sees in arena outside their ults. I dont remember if theres proof for the IT tho

Bardock and Omni-man IS right, but they do a poor job explaining why, mainly the canon crossovers in the comics that make Omni-man MUCH stronger than SSJ Bardock, but no one ever brings them up

@@tiduswordplayer yeah no, the crossover characters that Omni-man was competing with were at least solar system level with universal arguments, and there's enough of those feats that it can't just be treated as an outlier, and those crossovers are canon, so they count

@@rosbif3762 I mean, while it is implied this takes place in the Metaverse, Personas can be summoned in the real world. It just takes a bit more concentration to do so. It's just more convenient to do so in the Metaverse, including the fact that Joker and the Phantom thieves don't wish to kill, just make the world a better place.

Kinda crazy to me that they tried to make Joker actively kill using the metaverse when he’s against that

​@sleep5329 You have to remember that one of the primary rules of DB is any good hearted character has their morality thrown out the window since it's a fight to the death (just an ex: Batman has a no killing rule yet he hung Cap with no remorse whatsoever)

I keep seeing Giorno fans say this, but that was something the animator added for fun that was in no way meant to be shown in the final animation.

Add in the social links, unshaken will and will of rebellion, there no way GER return to zero could do anything

Thing is, that’s kinda Giorno’s villain’s power. His power is described in the Jojovella as making him “Immune to fate” and Giorno just negated it

​​@@lothara.schmal5092that's just not true. Diavolo yapped about "fate chosing him" all the time. Diavolo's literally never changed any fate, his thing was following it. Diavolo states that epitaphs predictions always come true, and this is supported by the fact that only time we see a prediction that was false was when GER used it's ability to reset diavolo. I believe that this is the only instance in part 5 where fate is changed.

@ You are mistaken. Diavolo can change his own fate in predictions, not only is this very explicit in his stand page, he is literally referred to as “exempt from fate”. Diavolo himself stated to Doppio that he can erase the prediction his other self saw. Diavolo can see himself dying in Epitaph, absolute fate, and then change that by Erasing that time. Again, it’s referred to as “Diavolo is exempt from fate” and “this world ceases to exist for 10 seconds”. Also Diavolo’s yapping refers to this exactly, he says “all are soldiers to fate, but not me, fate elected me as its own king” he is referring obviously to him getting the power to escape his fated outcomes himself.

@@lothara.schmal5092 Even if we take this at face value, joker has simply resisted and defied fate to a higher level. Comparing fate in the jojo verse to fate in the persona verse shows a VERY clear power difference.
