Until the end of 2020, we were part of BearingPoint group and operated under the name BearingPoint RegTech. Since the sale of the RegTech business to private equity firm Nordic Capital, we have been independent. With our solutions we enable regulators, tax authorities and firms to increase the efficiency of their regulatory reporting, tax reporting, risk, and data management processes.
