I adore my Jarly but I doubt it would have worked out - at the time all this went down - Jason didn't have the capacity to honestly deal with what he felt for Carly. Carly's insecurities would have done them in back then - bc she needed someone like Sonny who would fight just as hard for and against her... If Jason has one flaw - he tends to give in too quickly on romance and he won't fight for what he wants... I think if they ever get them together - Jason has to come to terms with the fact that he has loved her always (and I am not talking about as a BFF - that's a given) - He has always refused to acknowledge exactly what she is to him... This woman has always put him first... I know all these people wanna say she used him (and she did - bc she needed, loved, & trusted him again above all others)

Days of our lives came close to a Jason and Carly reunion with Harris (Steve burton) and Ava (Tamara Braun) . Great chemistry. Unfortunately steve went back to GH which mean the end of Harris and Ava. Wish he could have done both shows. Hopefully we can finally get one now that he is back on GH.

Love Love Love Laura Wright - I also am a big fan of SJB and TB - Each actress brought exactly what was needed at the time they were Carly and I honestly don't think Carly and Sonny would have had as much success without all three of them. I as a viewer hate recasts - but GH did a great job

I think so! Especially after Carson and JaSam broke up in the same episode because the writers broke up Samtrick and BM Liason in the same episode, before putting nuJasam together. I am concerned about Jarly with one of the head writers getting fired 😬

If Carly didnt do things because she was scared he would have had Jason a long time ago. Jason loved her but he was so scared about what she did next and how it was going to feel. Now I do get where Carly felt scared Jason wouldnt love her because he was either with Robin or hanging out with Elizabeth. I think she messed up because she knew she wasnt anything like Robin or Elizabeth and it seemed like that is what Jason liked but I can see how much he actually loved Carly and he was so afraid of what she could do to his heart because of how much he did love her.

No she acted out because she was hurt and knew it would hurt Jason just as much. Sonny was foul to do Jason like that, I also think sonny was jealous of the hold Carly had on Jason. Up until then only robin and sonny was able to move Jason they had a power struggle but was evenly matched, Carly disturbed their power over Jason.
