Yes this is indeed a sad story. The children suffered because of the parents. We have to follow God's laws though. That's why it's important to read the Bible through each year. Keep doing God's work.

Joseph wasn't angry and vindictive about what his brothers did because of his relationship with God ,I will be praying that my relationship with Him would mature to this point.

Things don't just happen they are ordained by God. He goes before us and prepares the way just like he did with the servant to bring back a bride for Isaac. I enjoy his daily readings so much and wanted to thank you again. Also God has been a stirring in my heart to step out and do his will for several months now. I need to pray like the servant and just step out and do it and let his will be done.
