Also, I'll clarify some: "Super Mario Bros by TechX" is incorrect: More correct "Super Mario Bros .X on TheXTech" - the TheXTech is an engine where game works. The expanded name of engine will be "[The] Super Mario Bros [X] [Tech]". The original Super Mario Bros. X game made in the year 2009 by Andrew Spinks who known as Redigit (later he became notable because of the Terraria game) and supported by him up to 2011. Later, various people attempted to modify/hack it, or even remake it. After 10 years, on 2'nd of February, 2020, the source code of original game got been open, and it was been used to create the successor engine named "TheXTech". Right now there are three major branches of SMBX game exist if not count the original game: - TheXTech, first public version in 2020, the modern cross-platform port of SMBX 1.3 and it's direct continuation, fully standalone engine. - SMBX2, first public version in end of 2015, the major extension mod over SMBX 1.3, directly based on LunaLua project, Windows and x86 only, also works in Wine. - SMBX-38A, first public release in China 2015, and in 2016 in Europe, the full remake of SMBX game by Chinese developer 5438A38A, has many differences in physics and behaviour. However, after 5438A38A stopped to appear online around Dezember 2021, the game seems, sielently abandoned, however, it still being used widely, even through "38AEE" swearing because of game's bugs.
