My long head biceps was cut due to a SLAP and then it was fastened with 2 wires next to supraspinatus but after 2 weeks the wires could not hold the tendon so I was told it's within the bicipital groove and is stuck there and can heal there and be strong. Can you see with ultrasound if the tendon is inside the bicipital groove and if its healing there ?

🌹 ( 約偏內側的小腿中下段交界處 )[內腓腸肌]初現在最表層，還很薄，中層是Soleus，上述兩肌間存在aponeurosis，最深層則是FHL 屈<𧿹><長>肌1:00。1:54 @內腓腸肌Gr1拉傷時 只可見「肌肉內」myofascial 斷裂，但不會有Aponeurosis斷裂1:54 🌹2:01 @以「長軸縱切」內腓腸肌去觀察有無[🔶Gr2級拉傷:即aponeurosis斷裂]，則可能會有積液經斷裂縫隙而聚積在局部2:34。 @也須以橫切面檢視Gr2拉傷中aponeurosis斷裂佔比若小於50%則為Gr2A @在內側腓腸肌受犯部位的長軸擺置探頭，再作踝的蹠/背屈活動以觀察介於內側腓腸肌和其下層Soleus肌間的aponeurosis有無斷裂跡象3:16
