somesoftware has related calculation method. also, we use 4L barrel, or even more clay to provide enough clay

The bottom layer started off so well... What happened to the next few layers. It looks like over extrusion. 🤔
thank you, the air is too dry, and the bottom printing speed was set too slow, so, the bottom is hard, not soft to lay the new clay, next time, we will speed up the bottom print, thank you, you are keen eyes😃
Can you print 3ft or 5ft pipes with a spiral design so we get maximum surface area both inside and out, and one side very porous while the other side is glazed so it is water proof?
This is the best yall could come up with for build instructions? Yall need to seriously create better instructions for realz. This + the super limited paper included are garbage and don't instruct one bit. For the cost yall should at the very least have decent instructions.

@@3dprinterhe3d21 No freaking wonder I'm having a world of trouble, either I didn't get all the parts, or yall changed a lot on the printer, yet never updated this crap video. The screws this video shows as the ones to fix the heat bed to the bottom of the frame don't even fit through the holes still available to use, yall really went all out to make shoddy everything. le sigh.

What do I need to do with the firmware when using your kit on my ender. How do I switch off the safety temperature mechanisms?
firmware just change several parameters, and the upgrade kit can make your printer temperature always stay a value. so, we do not need to heat it anymore.

about this upgrade kit, we nearly do not need change firmware, about temperature, we provide a sensor that can make the temperature always show safety value

I’d be interested to see some engineering type stuff printed since fired ceramic can withstand such high temperatures. Potentially a nozzle for a jet engine or something like that, if it were possible to make sure it wasn’t going to blow up when you heat it again.

are you just using a direct attachment of the clay extruder, then in a third party like klipper changing the flow rate to match the nozzle size and extruder flow, that is a very smart way of doing it! I do have a question on how you are getting the correct ratio of water to clay in the mixture you are using, or are you buying a pre made mixture that you just use? Still so cool to see a pot that big not fold in on it's self!
thank you. it is a motor-driver-rod and an extruder (Plunger and auger) method, we use a big barrel, and we build a control box to control the flow. for the clay, maybe, according to different clay, for our clay, we know how much water to mix it, and other clay, it should do so some experiments, it should be easy to print and is stable not collapse.

I have a K280 plastic delta 3D printer, i want to upgrade it to clay printer, i found an Extruder you are selling. But no documentation on how to assemble it. Like how i found it for the plastic printer. Is there any video? I am looking at mechanical 2L
