Yes and no, Orlando. I have taken it out with myself on the board, but I set it off and land with my hand, you know, the two finger pinch method. I'm terrified of getting it wet, so I kneel down and get myself sturdy for take off and catching. I was actually going to do a demo video of this, but I'm a bit embarrassed of doing a tutorial 😳 never done one before. Thanks for watching, though, and thanks for your interest. 👍

Agreed. Catch/release by hand in a kneeling position is the safest method and simple to practice on land. They do sell floating landing gear but it's a battery suck and adds instability.

@orlando672 yer I've seen them. They're also a big no for me being in the UK, as I can't go over 250g👍

Thanks for watching matey👍 the vibe is a strange one, but it's probably one of the best in Liverpool. Nobody owns it as the youth centre is shut down, and there's no access from the front. Drive into the leasure centre carpark and park at the far end, there's a big gap in the fence missing. Don't worry, you're not trespassing. There are usually some dog walkers. You will see the skate park from there. There's also a brilliant bmx-mountain bike track and a velodrome. If you get lucky, the skate parks usually empty.👌

I phoned the leisure centre but they didn't seem to know what was going on with it, but it's so frustrating because like you say the park looks amazing, and it's one of the closer ones to me. Glad I found somebody in the know! I hope to do a video there soon

I imagine it's privately owned, kate, but unfortunately, even if it wasn't, I can't see the council cleaning it either. I've seen a few videos on Twitter recently of the town centre and councillors being asked about the horrendous litter. It's embarrassing. But at the end of the day, Kate, we can only blame people, really, as they're the ones doing the littering. Don't know why they can't just take it home with them. It was early September 2021. It's a fantastic site with tons of room, lots of different fields. We were in our caravan but used to camp for years before we bought it. It would be brilliant for camping with lots of amenities etc.

Thanks Steven, I got lucky and went with the winter sun going down. Mate, the whole city changes from month to month now, went past Kenny arcade last week and it's a big housing estate, and I never recognise town when I go in🤣 think I'm just getting old.

@@droneand360vradventures.by7 Ha Ha, I know the feeling mate. I remember my Dad working for Wimpys when they were building the big housing estate at the back of The Grafton Rooms. I used to go with him on a Saturday morning when it was quiet and the digger and Bulldozer drivers used to let me ride in the cabs with them. Can you imagine that happening today 😜👍.

I'm not sure to be honest, but there is another video I watched on UA-cam with unbelievable shots inside, I have some fantastic photos when they had the Earth exhibition there.
