You may have noticed that Miku is just holding her guitar like a prop. That's because she doesn't yet know how to play it. She had to learn to play, and sing at the same time, while in a working band. And she didn't write the words. Neither she, nor Kanami would get a song for a few albums. But had it not hit the label was going to fire the musicians and make the two singers into DANCE-MAID. Both Miku and Saiki cried, saying, "We did no come to Tokyo for this!". Luckily it all worked out.

The big difference between the two videos is Miku (the backup vocalist) had no idea how to play the guitar in the first video. It was just a prop in the video. She is definitely playing rhythm guitar in the second. Kanami (the lead guitarist) taught her how to play and now Miku is a great rhythm guitarist.

I love both versions of "Thrill" it's one of Band-Maids Best ! Another group you should check out is "Nightwish" Ghost Love Score (Official Live Wacken 2013 ) They have a huge following and this is the most requested song on UA-cam =)

the live is great - but the only thing missing is the "HEY" after 'i gotta be on my way' and the 'breaking new gate'. i kind of miss that. other than that it's spot on.

The song and video that saved the band from being disbanded. Band-Maid's first mv, still a good strait forward rock song, but they have grown as musicians and performers in the years following this. The live so many years later just shows they didn't forget their roots!

The song slaps. Plain and simple. Both bands did extremely well. I'm from the Babymetal camp, and I really love collabs like this. I mean, the line distribution has to be around 50/50. It's a Babymetal song, but Electric Callboys dna is infused in the song. It's just so damn good.
