Rafting for the first time
I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did -- even though it was cold, dreary and drizzly. What a way to remember our first trip to Yellowstone than by doing a Class 1-3, 8-mile trip down the Yelllowstone River.

Maryland saw more snow today than it did the last three years. Schools were closed (and will be again tomorrow). And we had ourselves a real snow day, with literally countless slides down the hill in our backyard.

Continuing our “First Year In DC” lifestyle, we attended the Cherry Blossom Parade. It was quite fun, and I’m sure you’ll see us on TV when it airs next week. But, as I was telling Aimee, that once you’ve experienced Mardi Gras, no other parade can live up to expectations.

A monumental (pun intended) first marathon, with stellar crowd support, ample water stations, rocking entertainment and gut-busting signs. There are some hills at the start and a brutal one at the end. And miles 20-25 are hell. But you have to earn the medal, doncha?

Go to "Settings" "Privacy settings" "Profile information" "Photo Albums - edit settings" scroll down , the last album is "Profile Pictures"choose "Only Friends":) enjoyyyyy & you can HIDE your FRIENDS LIST! Go to your profile, friends box,click on the pencil icon and uncheck the box that says "Display friends on my profile"
