Really fascinating stuff on the distillation process. Surprised Hollyrood need a purifier when they already have massive copper contact with the tall stills there.

Great stuff as always from Ardnamurchan and Rupert, Leon and Hugh from James Eadie. I live a mile from the Broomhall estate where they grow the distilleries barley, and you do notice how low that Loriate? plant is right now, and it’s fully grown.

Wow, this is absolutely fascinating and thrilling-really diving deep into the history and unraveling all the layers. I can't wait to get my hands on some of these products, especially from Ardnamurchan. That one's definitely got my curiosity piqued!
