In the instructions it says replace the bulb but doesn't tell you how to get the bulb out.... I was twisting it... Got it out straight away when I saw the video.... Literally just pull it out.... Thank you

Yeh, my 9000 autodose system just fills the detergent side with water continually. After a month of use, the Fabric Softner is emptied fine, but the detergent side gets diluted with water. Not really impressed with paying the extra for this "premium" brand machine. Logged a service call to have it fixed, but there are no parts available for the machine. Minimum repair time, 3 months according to the phonecall I received a few minutes ago. Peachy. Avoid these machines.

Do you guys deliver a certification after we learn all these steps?

I have been unfortunately stuck with this thing the seal at the front became entangled with my cloths , rang the Customer service department for a replacement seal wouldn’t send me one , only had it 5 months said i had to have an engineer to come out to fit it , I could have done this myself in seconds , wanted to charge me £ 179 pounds no way . For a rubber seal , will have to improvise . The quality of the drying is not good always have to air the cloths before you can put them away . So unfit for purpose only 5 months after purchase , did read reviews before purchasing , but didn’t know any of this , will never buy AEG again , disappointed . This thing has lots of design faults .

There is no release button on my hotpoint and it seems to be connected by a metal bar so no hope of releasing it and cleaning it or getting to the back to see where the blockage is. So this is useless to me, too limited

Unblocking the hole does nothing. It's like the hole or the channel is too small and the water surface tension stops it draining. The real solution is to buy Zanussi or Whirlpool

Can someone advise if the grill part of the oven should be on while in the cleaning cycle. My oven was repaired by AEG and the repairer said it was to ensure the oven became sufficiently hot. I'm not convinced as I've never noticed it being on before the repair.

I have an AEG Microwave Combo...the glass panel always fogs up and since it is a sealed unit...I can never clean in between the glass panels...when I asked the company where I bought it from they told me they cannot do anything about it....they knew this would happen but never told me about it when I was purchasing it....poor design

If this doesn't help anyone, the issue could be that your machine does not get access to water. Make sure the water tap for the dishwasher is on, in nordic kitchen it's usually a small tap on the sink.

Bought brand new hob and hood recently. The hood is known as silent tech yet makes noise like a jet engine. The hob to hood feature doesn’t work and had AEG engineer come round only to say both my cooker and hood are not compatible when it clearly is.🤷🏻 Now that he has left, my cooker has stopped working. No heat on induction…. It’s under warranty but I feel I’ll be wasting my time with these incompetent muppets. Customer service on the phone however is good.
