"Black Hole of White Canyon" usually means going all the way through. Just so viewers know, this is the first third or so of the Black Hole route.... to the first big pool. I was going to say, it is a remarkable canine that could make it through that much swimming, even in summer!
I also tried to access it from the outlet to Glen Cyn, got as far as about beneath the steel highway bridge overhead, stopped by clogging house-sized boulders-
Nice production , camped out on the butte, I am from New York so it was a fun experience ❤
White Canyon is the one that runs through Natural Bridges; I've been meaning to hike that for a while, thanks.

Where we start shooting video is located on Utah 95 about 7 miles south from Hite crossing Bridge. So I think We hiked further upstream from under bridge parking. Thanks for comment and I do love white Canyon too !!!
Joining White Canyon occurs at 1:50. It does not show well, luck of the time lapse... This is the standard route in to the Black Hole.
@@CanyoneeringUSA I've seen the signs at the parking spot there, but I attempted to get there from 2 miles farther upcanyon and ran out of water so I turned back nearly there-

I’m not so sure about Goathead I only noticed desert shrubs Trail is rocky and sandy and not many plant at there Enjoy your trip😊
@@niqwin-shimaski You'd know if they're out there.. They imbed themselves on the bottoms of your shoes and it sounds like you're tap dancing with every step. :) They're nasty little thorns!!! Spent two weeks there in the deep winter back in 73. (two of us) Lots of snow and peace and quiet. There is a rock shelf along the trail/cliff above it that makes for a nice "cave" All you have to do is use a piece of plastic to keep the weather out. There was a stone firepit in it, and a dirt bed built up with a couple of branches. Perfect for a sleeping bag or two. It was an experience. I haven't been back there for decades. Thanks for the video.
