The Joy of the Lord

Taking time to study the book of Nehemiah really blessed me with a fresh perspective on joy and the many ways that the Lord is with us. The entire book is worth the read and I spend time here mainly with Chapters 1 & 8. I pray that it blesses you and I will see you next time.

The need to be bold yet feeling unqualified are all too common in today's culture. I hope that this beautiful moment found in Luke helps you to be bold and throw away the worries about qualifications. You don't need those when calling on the Lord.
I feel blessed every time I'm reminded to rest so thank you for this & praise God. It is hard to do at work without feeling like a failure when my job would like more from me. I have been actively working on a work-life balance though & dealing with the guilt it can bring. Thank you again for this message! And your honesty that it's a struggle.
