I used to live next door on St John in the USVI! and that yacht you were admiring (the gunmetal gray one) might be Kenny Chesney's. He used to have a house on St John but it was destroyed by the hurricanes in 2017. I don't know if he's rebuilt or bought another one but he does love to hang out there.
