If Beckett didn’t pay you handsomely for this, you’re out of your mind. How could you, in good faith, associate your name with one of the most poorly run companies in America? Beckett has entered a black hole and passed the point of no return. They started as the gold standard-THE source for grading and pricing-and have somehow completely blown it. Does anyone honestly use Beckett as the first place to price a card? Please comment below. The online submission system is riddled with errors-it's unbelievable. In just 30 seconds of this video, during the PDF portion, I heard things like: "Yeah, this is tricky, but..." "Problems with communication, but..." "Might get a little confusing, but..." "Order may not be assigned to your account, but..." "Make sure you do X, or you may not get emails... but it's great!" I have extensive experience with Beckett, and I can confidently say they are the worst-managed company I've ever encountered. If anyone doubts this or wants to discuss further, message me. I can provide mind-boggling details with receipts to objectively prove that Beckett is doomed. Unless they are bought out by PSA and sold off in pieces, the company has no intrinsic value. Their employee turnover is insane (okay, maybe not literally every six days, but it's a real issue). Before you comment dismissively, claiming I don’t know what I’m talking about, message me first. Especially if you want to stop using Beckett forever. I wouldn’t be writing this if I wasn’t genuinely astounded at how a company could be run so poorly. Also, has anyone ever used their card trading or buying marketplace? Let me know, and I’ll send you a link for food stamps and government assistance because that’s all life has in store for you. They poured money into developing the most complex, user-unfriendly subscription pricing service-something no one even understands. If you use it, message me. And if you don’t want to admit it publicly because you're worried about your IQ being compared to Joe Biden's, feel free to DM. I get it. I will Venmo $5 to anyone who can show evidence that they actively use the Beckett marketplace or subscription service. Feel free to put me on blast if I don’t follow through!

As a 60 year old, BUT, haven't bought a baseball card since 1991, I do remember Beckett price guides from the early 80's and onward and what prices were in them WERE GOLDEN. Since the B.B. card crash in the 1990's I'm not surprised after all these years he's gotten into card grading, being the king of pricing guides. I understand graded cards is the way to go to actually sell cards or to have cards have value BUT DAMN I'd hate to know how much these grading service make a year!!!!!

Where you enter the value of the card is that raw value or graded value?

New to grading cards, one of my cards fell from a shelf and also ended up like this. the case isn't cracked open or leaking air or nothing like that but the edge is dented chunk is missing, does it effect the price of retail?

How does beckett grade for 1 little small 1mm scratch on surface ? are they very strict on it?
