Can I ask you a doubt? In adsorption chromatography mobile phase carries the sample. But does there have continous flow of mobile phase to make complete elution just like partition chromatography? And also doesn't the repeated flow of mobile phase not contain the sample? Initially mobile phase was a carrier of sample but now it is no more a carrier? But an agent which facilitates elution like partition chromatography. Is it ? Sir onnu paranj tharo?
