English Language proficiency test score is required which can be of any language test- IELTS , TOEFL etc. IELTS score is accepted by all universities.

Nope, you will now be able to apply for 2024. The application is made for next year
So once the application opens in September/October 2023, it will be 2024 session. For 2023 the application had to be made in 2022

Yes, you can apply for colleges without ielts score. Once you get conditional offer letter you can then give ielts in order to get unconditional offer letter. But for scholarship you need to have ielts score in hand.

Hi, you got the offer from the school and not the scholarship. By depositing money you will secure your seat that does not mean you will get a scholarship. So it depends on you if you want to pay and secure your seat. Is there any deadline for this? If not you should wait for the scholarship result and once you get the scholarship you should go for an unconditional offer letter by paying for the seat.

Hi, as english is not our first language you need to provide the uni your proficiency in English. Hence, any language proficiency score would suffice the requirements not only ielts you can go for TOEFL etc. But it is mandatory, even for visa they will check that.

We need to apply for visa on our own but frankly speaking it's very easy. Also, it's cost is covered under the scholarship. So you need not to worry even for single penny.

Hello, please reply my question. I have done masters in counseling psychology in 2019 and i studied both UG and PG form hindi medium. Apart form this I got all-over 7 bands in PTE (Pearson test of english language )...Now in this case I am eligible for commonwealth scholarship.??. I also have performed tv shows related to my subject psychology. So all this would help me to get scholarship.
Your tertiary education needs to be in English, so I think you are not eligible for this scholarship. However you can apply to other scholarships and also to UK universities with translated version of your degree and marksheet in English.
