Pretty sure the second half of Vanguard's life cycle is all considered non-canon. Since they just wanted to go full Fortnite mode.

Dr. Monty is not ACTUALLY back at least for now, but somebody made a render of it. Although, the actual story of MW3 Zombies is most likely going to lead into it. Act 4 ends with an entity, most likely Samantha, supposedly exiting the Dark Aether. As of right now, we do not know if she's evil again because the voice from the Dark Aether sounds like hers from the old CoD Zombies. I really hope she is not and they do not try to bring Monty back or whatever. Just the IDEA of him coming back threw me into a rage rant video like this

@@SALXAPHONE i really liked his voice so I'll be glad he's back but that would be dumb to bring him back, like you said, it will make Ultimis/Primis sacrifice for nothing, I just want it to be like how Cold War did, same timeline but different characters, building up to the main villain, it may be lackluster but it's atleast something, then Vanguard had to bring Chaos storyline in here, I thought some of the story in Vanguard was cool like the perks being blood of the god and a little bit of an explanation about the bunny (aka new teddy bear), but still shrouded in mystery, only thing i like about Vanguard.

@@it2spooky4me79 Yeah, Malcolm McDowell is still a great actor and was awesome as Dr. Monty. The problem with Cold War was how rushed it was and did not have an overarching villain. Plus, making Outbreak definitely made it worse. Vanguard Zombies is more of just remaking the Chaos Storyline since it feels more like that than the Aether storyline. There was even a video I watched before where they have a bunch of similarities. Also, as of right now the Chaos storyline has ended due to the multiverse reset from BO4 and Scarlet's father is only loosely mentioned in Vanguard Zombies, but nothing like he used to be.

@@SALXAPHONE I think with the 4 year development Treyarch has for their next game might help with the development of the story

@@SALXAPHONE actually I have a theory maybe the zombies and all keep coming back because Samantha and Eddie are still the ones from the OG multiverse/cycle, and it's following them since Samantha probably still has connections to the Dark Aether and doesn't help that the zombies came into this timeline because the Nazis were up to no good and love experimenting stuff to win a war, that's just my take.
