The hem was already so pristine that I didn't want to add anything to it, but I completely agree that it was a good move, it breaks up the flood of pink a bit and adds visual interest without being too much to already busy design haha. Mermaids have always held a special place in my heart! 'The Little Mermaid' from Disney ignited my passion for the creative arts during my childhood. Currently, I'm in the process of crafting a Spring-themed Monster High doll project for this month. I would love to be able to finish a mermaid doll for Mermay, but I want to ensure it receives the attention it deserves to truly shine. Time constraints may pose a challenge, but a mermaid doll is definitely on the horizon for release some time this year! Your idea kinda refueled my motivation for a mermaid doll and I'm truly grateful for the inspiration you've given me!
