Karena yg salah kapolri yg punya kebijakan tdk boleh menilang sejak beliau jadi Kapolri, dan saya sebaga pengguna jln raya tdk setuju kebijkan tersebut, polisi lalu lintas harus tetap di berikan kewenangan menilang bagi yg melanggar lalu lintas. Krn sebagian masyarakat banyak yg melanggar lalu lintas terutama sepeda motor, apalagi diperempatan lampu merah, jgn gara2 oknum polisi yg tdk benar terus tindakan pelanggaran dihilangkan, seharus juga lihat kenapa oknum polisi tdk benar itu juga ulah dari pelanggar lalu lintas, ada budaya dikalangan para pelanggar lalu lintas merasa bangga bila bisa melanggar, mohon Bpk. Kapolri dipertimbangkan kembali kebijakan polisi lalu lintas yg tdk boleh menilang, sebelum pengguna jln raya semangkin membudaya melakukan pelanggaran yg mengakibatkan mencelakakan pengguna jln raya yg lain..
