who played delia?
yoylecake
I cannot believe that Jordan Fisher is filling in for Reeve!!!!!!!!!
His speaking voice is so deep lol, my favorite hades, im so sad I never got so see him
You still do, but off of the stage!
Congrats to John Krause! I thought he was a terrific Orpheus, but he didn't seem to get any publicity for his tour appearances.
probably one of my favorite sets of cast to date they did so phenomenal
Oh my god thank you for uploading this, I was at this show and I cried the whole final act
Thank you! ALL the workers joining the stage… ❤️
i got scared and though this was the final ever curtain call 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
....it is for the tour
Isn’t it the same actress playing Miss Argentina and Delia?
no thats was 2019-2020
@@iamskinner-i3h - it’s two actresses now?
Leslie played Delia and Miss Argentina back in the Winter Garden run, but that was just for a Tony. When the show came back at the Marquis, Leslie kept the role of Delia but not Miss Argentina. Although as you can see in the video Leslie was not on as Delia for that performance.
@@M_JW Ah I see, thank you!
@@AdcrofromTikTok yeah it is natalie charle ellis
There’s one of these where they get to 15k. The audience is going nuts. Standing ovation. JG rolling on the floor. Chaos. Someone needs to talk about what a good auctioneer Dan randomly is
Who did the man say to sign it to?
I'm also wondering about it.
@@yaii-6002He said “to her”, indicating they should give the prop to Sherz, who had just done her first performance in the role of Mary.
We were in the audience for this performance. The auction, was a wild experience.
I am confused...
seems a little complicate......following a couple (s) over several generations but has star power in D. Harwood and M. Puckett??????
What was the play about?
OMG Daaan, you're so adorable
Still dont know how i feel about the new persephone look... 🤔🤔
Just so you know, Ani Difranco actually played Persephone in the original 2010 concept album with Anais Mitchell as Eurydice. So no need to worry, she has had experience in the role before
They said look lol@@the.official.vision.company
The “new” Persephone 😂
The role was legit inspired by Ani… so keep on thinking what you want… but do your research before you come for my girl
@@2011Capecute isn’t it?…. Lol
Anyone have footage of the whole show???
please lmk if you find a boot
@@Knottyp1ne I will try but honestly think I am won’t ever see the show
@@Multifandom04 You did not miss much. Some of the performances were good but the score was bland as was Sugar. There was too much repetitive choreography but the show was nice to look at.
@@NickyMay16 oh ok then. Well I would still like to watch it for myself to see if I would actually like it or not if I get the chance.
@@officialmichaelcarrasco did u find it??
What tour is this?
nvm london
Thank you for capturing!
I'm so glad this made its way online; I saw a video of someone talking about this very auction, but couldn't find a video of it at the time.
When I went the auction got to $4100 and they ended up selling two papers to the two highest bidders for $3500 each
I saw Merrily November 4th at the 8pm show and it was amazing. I was there when Lindsay was playing Mary. The auction was hilarious (I got to meet Daniel after the show at Stage Door)
Hi! I noticed he generally goes to the entrance and signs autographs. That's always after the last show? By "Stage door" you mean inside the theater, or outside just queuing for stage door? Thanks!
@@romimiret1302 outside for meeting him at stage door
One thing I can say about Daniel- he had the sense to take risks in order to grow in his career.
The auction from the show we watched last week sold for $3,000!
their record is 15k
Thank you so much!! I was there & this was so fun to relive. Face hurts from smiling 😃 Loved!
I’m sobbing that’s so kind of him
Why did they cast Gavin lee as a standby? He’s a big Broadway name and I would have never thought to cast him as a cover.
its not uncommon for city center shows to have a pretty well known star standby the lead role. they just did once upon a mattress, and the standby for sutton foster was kara lindsay!
OMG! Just sitting there in silence, she commands respect. You can see that other two actors are so proud for her.
Loved the piggyback ride at the end. So cute!
The show deserved more respect...it was a whole lot better than CAMELOT at Lincoln Center!
Hi… I’ve been searching far and wide for a full bootleg- this is my favorite show in the entire world. Do you have one/know where I could find one????
She looks so pissed !
Stritch.
I just watched a tragedy unfold in front of me. They looked so sad once Linedy came on.
Where was this? We can’t do this in America because it’s legal.
The wonderful Lupone. So glad she dumped Actors Equity, a trash union merely out for itself.
I hope it comes back someday (with rewrites to properly bring the feminist points across, and maybe a different lyricist), so the cast can get the great show they deserved to be in
Stay on Broadway bad Cinderella I never saw the show
I was at stage door, they didn´t have speeches because they spent their time interacting with the fans instead. There was so much stage door love going on, it was heartwarming.
That’s great to hear! That whole cast was so talented (with so many debuts!), I’m glad that they all got the love they deserved.
@@bigjedimullet Me too! I loved this production and thought it was the best thing Broadway came out with this season, and the cast and orchestra crew were the reasons why. I would estimate there were at least 100 people at the stage door greeting them and cheering for each person who stepped outside. I made little embroidery hoops with cross stitched lines from the show for them, and since I was in the back of the crowd, the fans in front of me crowd-surfed the cross stitch to the cast members. It was an amazing collective outpouring of love to the cast, and I was so glad to witness and be a part of it.
@@freodwyn Oh gosh that’s so cute, I bet those cross stitches were really appreciated! 💖 Honestly, no matter how I feel about ALW and Fennell, that cast was the hardest working ensemble on Broadway, and the productions that get them after this will be incredibly lucky. (I may or may not be listening to Act One right now… 🤫)
This makes me sad no speeches no flowers nothing? They deserved so much better.
I saw a lot of folks in the audience who had bouquets and stuff-I think there were a lot of family members, friends, and well-wishers in attendance. Didn’t stick around for the stage door since I was with a friend who was feeling very shy, but I’m really hoping the backstage/stage door love made up for it.
I’m honestly not surprised, they didn’t do speeches when ALW’s last musical before Bad Cinderella, School of Rock had its closing on Broadway.
@@cynerixplayzroblox828 I think he only shows up when he KNOWS he’s going to get a completely positive response
ALW speech via the director got booed when the show closed on the West End....ptob trying to avoid it
@@cynerixplayzroblox828 The UK production which opened after the original Broadway cast had a very long and successful run did have a speech, and an encore performance of both 'Stick It to the Man' and 'If Only You Would Listen', FYI. I'm just clearing that up for people who may be confused and / or haven't seen SOR on Broadway. ALW showed up then.
I saw this same reaction for miss lupones final performance of sunset blvd. It happened twice xx Miss Lupone is a force of nature and an incredible talent! as long as I live Im thankful I got to see her perform live xxx
BUBBLES!!! 🖤💚🖤💚 [ngl this is so cute! Alex’s little smile when he sprayed Elizabeth with bubbles is just 👌👌👌]
he was brilliant
I was there. Feeling that wave course through the audience was insane.
Amazing
The oliver and dodger jumping at the end😢
I do like Gavin Lee from Mary Poppins, The SpongeBob Musical and Beauty and the Beast
By Tuesday night they had the inserts ready but Lear deBessonet, the artistic director, still came out before the show to make the announcement. We were disappointed that we didn’t get to see Raul but Gavin was also fantastic. The entire performance was superb! ❤🎉
I just realised that he's gonna be out for the rest of the run... I don't think it's confirmed, but given that the run closes on Mother's Day for North America, it'll only make sense that Raul is given more time to recover. He's booked for other roles, as someone I spoke to also says. Edit: As of Wednesday, he's back in as Fagin for the rest of the run!
