In this series titled [Useful WoW toys], useful toys that can be in some way or the other incorporated into gameplay will be shown. This means cosmetic toys, Hearthstone toys and the like will not be shown.
First appearing in the expansion 'Shadowlands' around 2020, various Parasol Toys have made their way into the game. They offer the player a way to slow ones fall. However, it takes some time until the slow fall effect kicks in after having opened the parasol, so it might not be the best choice when suddenly dismounted or panicking after a misstep from a high cliff or something similar. Still, a great free option with (at the time of the recording of this video) 100% uptime if not dismissed.
There are a variety of those parasols in the game, the one shown in the video is the 'Stylish Black Parasol', the original and first of the parasol toys found in Revendreth in the Shadowlands. Some also appeared in the trading post.
