The reson the doors didnt open is because the mods were old, in old versions of beam the dev cars didnt have opeing doors either, dev cars in the old times had low quality engine meshes too, so the transit was once dev quality, same with polo and that.

theres obviously room for lots of improvement but as a first its pretty good look at other channels which do content like you and maybe look with the way they do it and add your own twist also camera positioning can make even simple crashes look extreme the camera is a strong tool for atmospheric feel

theres a mod on the the beamng website where you get a custom dashcam ui with sounds, you should try using that for more realism, mod is called dashcam overlay. hope this helps :)
