do not use the nutsert/inserts that push into plastic with heat like we did... they are great for functional parts that sit still, they are a terrible choice for battlebots and the amount of energy that transfers during the hits. The nutserts basically pulled out of the plastic making the bolts useless.

we deserved the trophy for getting closest to the moon for sure!

we made it, it is tombstone hexbug bot, with 3d printed weapon and nose piece as well as 3d printed huge-like wheels.

if you go to thingiverse.com we have the 3d printing files there for free. You would of course need a 3d printer and a bit of wire to make the wedgelets, but it is relatively easy.

it's kind of self-explanatory no? take the bot apart, swap the weapon disc, the front wedges just need a piece of thin wire so they flop up/down and attach to the mounting plate, that's about it.@@TeamWhackjob-Official
