Heeeeeey! Of course I remember you lol❤️. I have trieeeeeed so many things for my cramps, they actually started when I was plant based(thanks for not leaving❤️). I had tubal removal so ever since then my cramps has been terrible. They are actually a tad bit better because a couple years ago, I could barely walk when my cycle came😮‍💨. Plus she said she washes her grits. I'm going to find the name and get back to you. Yes. My daughter had thick hair. She probably still does but now she wears wigs all the time. I'm about to order a blow dryer for my son hair.

Some people wash their grits. I almost feel like it's a new thing. I have NEVER washed or heard of anyone washing their grits or even seen anyone wash grits until I saw a video on social media. I use a dash of heavy whipping cream to get my grits creamy

Very pricey. I got this fryer off amazon but I wouldn't recommend it. They keep sending out recalls.I looooove to bake but I have not tried it in a airfryer...yet

@@Tavonslyfe yours can too!! The doctors really don't know how to heal it. I was doing research. I took Selenium bcuz it's important for the thyroid. All minerals really but I read about Selenium. Also I took prenatal vitamins. I will still take them if I catch a good sale. Seaweed has alot of vitamins n minerals so I was eating that and I noticed I was craving it. Sea moss might work good too but idk who to purchase from. I would goto the doctor and the only real solution they had was cut the thyroid or meds. And there isn't any meds that heal you. Some people thyroid go from hyper to hypo or vise versa.

@@Tavonslyfe We normally don't. You will see teachers come back from lunch with ashes on their foreheads. Plus government agencies were open. If it were a Jewish holy day, schools would have been closed. There's a certain Muslim day where the kids don't have school. I think it's the end of Ramadan. But that is a new things the city's been observing the last couple of years.

She added butter compared to other folks who didn't. Now I see you used the onion mix and I know thats going to taste delicious 😋 Thank you!!
