My spells and spell menu are not working!

int team this i unrelated to the magic mod but can i make suggestions about prostheses mod? here is my suggestions: -a head that can bring people back -an arc reactor w/energy that restores the battery's energy but needs to be recharged after it charged about 2500 points of battery charge (repair cost is 250) also can shoot energy orbs like the ch, the energy cost for a single orb is 15 NOYE:it will only recharge if the battery is fully emptied. -an arm with a built in grappling hook -attachments for basic prostheses- teh attachments slot will be opposite the location of where the accumulators slot would be, so here's some attchments for basic prostheses: -firearm attachment:when activated by sa, the attachment will open like the bld. if you use sa on it it will fire a magnum revolver round. -laser blaster attachment: when its applied you can again fire a laser blaster proj. just like the firearm one. ------------------- here are some of my last suggestions. full- on torso prosthesis w/a jetpack powerful accumulator:has 750 charging points but is the size of a normal accumulator. it uses advaqnced batteries to keep the electricity stored. hope u liked my suggestion int team prob nobody eill like this it' alright

why i cant install the mod
