Good trial...i can see you missed calculating for dry volume of mortar... also your percentage waste assumption on cement and sand is ridiculous... how can you anticipate to waste 25% of mortar
For cement should be between 5-10% and sand between 10-15%
@@jamesoduki2634 thanks james for your comment, in practice it is possible to lose 25% considering wastage and also shrinkage . Kindly do more research on this

Sir please can I know how you got 0.0028m per stone?
Calculation of the other side of concrete (0.02x0.3x0.2) then added to the 0.0016 to get that value, total concrete per stone
I think you need measurements for better explanation, otherwise this is misleading,how did you know you need 30 bags of cement without measurements.

@@ezrakipkoech1425 thanks Ezrakipkoech, you have asked a good question. So the reason cement is too many is because of finishing process, plastering and also you consider 25% for shrinkage
