Directions : Take 1-2 soft gels with each main meals. ( breakfast. Lunch and Supper) that's what they wrote on the bottle meaning if you have two meals a day you will take 1 soft gel/ pill 💊 after meal. They didn't write before or after but obviously you can't take any pills or medications with empty stomach 🤷. It should be after meal. I decided to take 1 not 2 so that I will see how my body react but so far so good I'm on day 2 and my body is taking it well.

Yes 💯 although many don't but it is always advisable to exercise and eat healthy foods so that your results can be achieved easier. I'm still at the gym 🏋️‍♂️ but I felt like I needed something extra to help with my belly although I know that I can achieved it naturally but I don't want to spend hours in the gym trying to lose weight I have a very busy schedule coming up and I must reach my target and go full mode in business.

But God protected me during those times and I'm grateful. There is uniform for Men and Uniform for Women. The same principal used also during church service when you see a section for women and Men including restrooms 🚻 so when one cross to the other side is surprising even women will be shocked to see Men walking 🚶‍♂️ in their toilet 🚻 while they are there.

Dreams have different meaning bcs our Ancestors/ Angels communicate via dreams and your dream is a direct message for only you and you can interpret it by looking at everything that you saw in your dream. And who was with you and what did they say including how you felt when going to that river or dam. How was the water. Dirty or clean and was the river calm or noisy/ ranging who was there at that river or what did you see at the river. Those are the things we pay attention to because everything have a meaning. And I see many using text book methods to interpret dreams based on 1 thing and that's not how it works. By the way I just wanted to reply to your comment and give you few thoughts/ things to know how to understand your dreams and I don't interpret people's dreams 🙏
