Hi po. I recently bought the same unit, about 5 days ago. Is it normal na sa taas is ung 2 heating rods lang ang gumagana? I tried na lahat ng function and only ung outer rods lang ang nagbbaga ung dalawa sa gitna ay hindi. The lower heating rods are not continuous, it turns off from time to time then turns on again,.di ko aure if normal ba eto or not. Even ung door nya hinsi masyado lapat sa kabilang side sometimes nalabas ang usok

Error po ibig sabihin. Baka po hindi compatible ung pot ninyo (induction ready) or minsan kahit induction ready ung pot kapag hindi pantay or flat na flat ung pot nageerror din siya.

We got it from imarflex factory outlet po in buendia. You can buy it online from lazada, shopee and sa appliance store din po minsan meron din.
This oven can be used to cook/grilled pork ?
For reheating po cguro pero for cooking hindi po cguro. Mahirap po linisin saka ung temperature po niya hindi niyo macocontrol yung temperature. Parang it's not built for that po.
what function u r using po mostly wattage or C are they the same
I'm mostly using wattage as it's sort of the 1st function that will appear once you opened the induction cooker. I am adjusting it as per my cooking needs. To me it's basically the same. Thw higher the wattage, the hotter the induction plate will be. Using the temp fxn is more useful for those who knows the cooking temp they'll need. For me it's basic + and -. The timer fxn is also very useful for me as I often use it.

Ano pong ginagamit nyo panlinis sa top nyan if mamantika?
Wet wipes or basahan. If greasy tlga, i usually spray water na may konting dishwashing liquid. The same solution that I spray sa counter top before I wipe it clean and dry.

Hindi nmn po ganun kaingay. You can't do away with the sound as it is designed to work that way. Minimal sound means it's functioning/cooking. I guess I'm used to the sound already. Not a problem to me.
Hello, could you please tell me if you had the same experience as I did with your induction IDX-2000S when the wattage was set to 200, 500, or 800? The induction heat was alternately turned on and off. Is it normal? Thank you if you notice this.
If you are referring to the fluctuating sound of the induction cooker (as turning on and off of the induction heat), I would say, Yes, I do observe it. I guess it is normal as it still does its function and there's really no problem with it cooking.

Hindi ko pa po natry pero siguro po hindi. Wala pong nakalagay sa function na pwede siyang rice cooker. Pwede rin po siguro makaluto ng rice kaya lang baka po baka kailangan bantayan since malamang hindi siya mag automatic mag warm kapag naka inin na.

Induction ready pots up to 26cm (the ones with magnet) works with this.

Unfortunately, you can use induction ready pans and pots only. There are regular unexpensive pots that works with it (the ones which bottom can attract magnet i.e. 555) but the thick, heavy duty and branded ones are really quite costly.

Still working fine. Very reliable as we get to use it so often for both cooking and reheating (especially fried and grilled) food.
