That's not true ! When the police commit a crime and they are looking for a patsie . There is no line they won't cross ,no law they won't break no lie they won't tell . The case managers and jail house attorneys aren't playing by the rules and the police aren't playing by the rules. The da and the people in the court house aren't playing by the rules . And they hold the little guy ,the person that has nothing. to a higher standard 😢 we all fall short 🙏.

"believe on reasonable grounds you have committed an offence ...." Does that mean "indictable" offence or any minor offence? Police tend to try to get away with "any" offence.

Whenever police 'take you', they are in violation of the International Convention on Human Rights. NSW Police have only a Second Grade reading level, therefore, should stay at home and study before mixing it up with Australian citizens..!!

Australia is NOT a democratic country whatsoever. Australia is a Duopoly with only TWO political parties.....all the rest are kidding themselves, and are in it for the money, NO other reason. "Two Party Preferred basis".........says who?? NOBODY in Australia can answer this question......NOBODY..!!

Exactly what authority do police have seeing they were legislated in 1986. Upholding rules and regulations of corporate entities is not law. Also they are registered in the US. Qld police recorded sales of 600 million in 2017. Exactly what are they selling.

What do you want to say about when accredited lawyer like you does not act in best interest of client, by giving extra pressure on client t (ie threatening to loose house and everything) to get more money then agreed then making client financially worst off and making homeless . Is this lawyer practicing ethically? What client can do now if her every cent taken away by lawyer? What do you do as lawyer to get this client help ?

So in other words, we have no rights. That is pure wrong and breeds tyranny. I use to respect pigs a little but now I'm not talking, phone camera on and not consenting to anything. I'd rather be arrested and contesting everything in court with my own video evidence and representing myself because lawyers are just as fucked. Great legal system we have eh, it's you against them

Democracy is Communism and Maritime Admiralty Law (legislation and statutes) ie, born into slavery with no rights... the Magna Carta is based on a Republic and God's Law (common law). Under common law using due process is the only fair way to judge any man, technically the only thing you can be charged with in a court of legislative powers (Admiralty Law) is contempt of court and its by consent! Democracy= Enslavement, Republic= Freedom.

The huge problem with the information provided regarding police searches is if police ignore the legal threshold and search without a shred of suspicion that a person maybe in possession of a weapon or drugs there is no one to stop them. There is no solicitor standing next to you and no other police officer will intervene you could try sueing ut tbat is a dead end because unless you have independant witnesses. You are stuffed so it is great to talk theoretical what ifs and maybes but reality is police will do as they want legally or illegally and there is nothing you can do. That is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Would dearly love to help move this program into Victoria. I live in Central Victoria and would be most interested to know of ways I could help. I also am willing to finance in a limited way.
