Looks like a male to me

It's a Boy! Females have pinkish fangs and males have blueish-green

The fangs on the male are blue/green.

think the colour of the chalicerae means he is a boy from what others are saying, i forget what the female ones are maybe pink peach orange

I have the same breed of jumping spider so I know exactly what gender it is, it’s not a male it’s a female you can tell from the little jaws and it’s large admin

Thanks very much basically I have three jumpers and I can't buy any food yet and I didn't want them starving so instead of collecting fruit flys with a cup I used this now my little Charlotte has some food I appreciate this

Just tried using a plastic bag. It Worked, the fly froze the second i put the bag around it! I have never caught a fly without going on a crusade of trials before.

Thanks for this. I just rescued what I think is a zebra spider from my dogs' water bowl. When I noticed he's missing his 2 rear left left I decided to see if i can petify him. How long before the fly recovers? I put him in the freezer for a minute, poured him in the habitat, but that was 10 minutes ago. I thought he'd buzz and spidey would catch him. Could i have killed him?
