Calais : The last level of the Game
The game, this is how people on the move call the journey through Europe to reach a safe place. And the last level because after Calais, after they reach England there are not many more options.
This video was filmed 6 months ago in Calais. I spent a month visiting the different settlements where asylum seekers are staying in and around Calais. I tried to document as best as I could their situation and their thoughts. I hope this video can help to raise awareness about the situation in Calais as well as the situation of asylum seekers in Europe.
Thank you to:
Care4Calais and Utopia56 who helped me to gather information about the situation in Calais

Winter Hiking in the Pyrenees

What a better a idea than a nice family hike for Christmas! A few days ago I went on a day hike to the "Rocher de Miglos" in the Pyrenees, not far from the village of Chateau Verdun. The whole way from the village of Larcat and back took us around 6 hours, 17km and a drop of 800m. It is a very nice hike to do with a nice weather. My first hiking video! 8 days ago Moria refugee camp was set on fire. Since then 12 000 refugees are living on the street without any support and any basic services. They are now being forced to move in a new camp which is worst than Moria. Here are the testimonies of the asylum seekers of Lesbos. Please share! Europe must act NOW! Vilnius - The Greenest City in Northern Europe
Переглядів 2,6 тис.4 роки тому
After two months of quarantine in Vilnius I had the time to know every corner of this city. During my time there I was surprised by how many green spaces this city has. There are countless parks, the city is surrounded by forests, two rivers are crossing the city, in the middle of the capital you find areas that look like small villages. I have never seen a city like this one. to see something ...

A bit of history (too much at then end), some places to visit, what this region has to offer and a fun fact about street cats. So much to see and to experience in such a small place! so the takeouts here: 1- you need to be a fake "life coach" to charge people for common sense knowledge. 2: you should have $500,000 boat to live on so you can work 2 hours a day and not care if you make zilch income from it. 3: buy my course/Tshirt/coffee mug (afillinks below)
I think you should not begrudge someone "putting a house" where you want to walk. Maybe they didn't want a "dirty" beach like you experienced.
years ago things to change a lot 😮 what do you think about the new adis

You guy thank you in advance for helping us ideally visit our capital, addis.
por que no sube videos hace tanto tiempo?
This is beautifully done! Thank you for creating and sharing
Change the mic and please articulate your words, the video is beautiful and it's clear you put a lot of effort. All the best dude
Fred is hot
Well documented. Thank you for such works. I have seen your video about my country Bangladesh which is very true for the climate change. It is hard for the coastal people to be at such spaces . I am too willing to work on projects like these.
Lot's of love and support from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 ❤️
Yes I also loved Lesbos… It’s greener than some of the other Greek islands to the south…
I am from Italy… I noticed you have an accent Fred… where are you from originally? 😂
Thanks, very interesting video. 🙏👏
❤
Do gay female residents call themselves lesbian lesbians?
You don’t think it’s nice for people to build a house on their own property? I bet you get annoyed a lot.
Sappho never said that or did those things you ignorant decadent idiots. She was a real woman with no abnormalities. Lies propagated on purpose. Lesbian was the name of a Roman patrician woman who had relations with women and it stuck. No proof just lies so you can feel good about your sickness. Also, Sappho commuted suicide because of a man. Homosexuality in Greece was banned by law and they would kill the homosexuals. Keep the holy Greeks out your filthy mouths.
As a staff member of the project, I would say it was a great time for me.
Very nice places
Very informative video ❤️
Sorry. I can’t watch all it in one go. It’s just so awful - and it’s not like it’s entirely new to me either :( thanks for making it; I really hope things have improved but I wonder…:-(
Love the honesty of the video. I really hate the dull pictures with cheesy Muzak and/or inane voice over that could have been written by the tourist office…this is so much more balanced. Although I do think there’s quite a few paved roads in lesvos…but it’s all relative.
please share the route ? HRP ? start point ? end point ? how many days ? refuges ? which month ?
I am also interested in the month!
a fucking nest of spies
Re-watching it today... that was a good testimony Fredie :)
Great video👍👍 Really I'm waiting for your next project!!
Yes! There was born famous Greek poetess Sappho! Wonderful Lesbos island🏝 Greetings dear friend🌹🌹🌹
You need to know that it is very dirty.
No, it’s not.

One Love ETHIOPIA
A funny story. My friend and I didn't take much notice of the name of the Island, but first off landing is tricky and apparently only the Captain is allowed to land the plane, not the First Officer. We did two go arounds before landing. Apparently it has difficult terrain, winds and a short runway which can only be seen when aircraft is 2 miles away. At the hotel we were taken to our room with a double bed, I said no, we are just friends it didn't help when my friend said I've got a bad knee haha! Anyway, they gave us a room with two singles. Went our for a drink and in the drink were straws with two naked ladies figures etched on the top of them. If you aren't gay and visiting this lovely Island I recommend you make it very clear to the Hotel you are heterosexual. The Island is unspoilt, with Donkeys still used for carrying olives, etc.
Great concept, thanks for making this video!
🇬🇷 👎 🦃 👍
We can see Turkey from Chíos. It’s sad.
😮 as a German-Turk I don’t know how to interpret this, we have an interesting past in Germany you know, we are very sensitive about some things, especially the German inside of me is feeling disappointed about you 🤪

Great video - It is good when the community are involved in improving the land, habitats and environment. Bangladesh needs all the help it can get due to extreme weather conditions. We can all play our part by using Ecosia as a search engine and be a part of helping impoverished communities improving their lives and the environment which in turn helps wildlife.
Excellent video - I was in Copenhagen at the weekend and was very impressed with the cycling culture and infrastructure which makes it so cycle-friendly. Glasgow could learn so much from Copenhagen!!!
Love from Vietnam
I liked the video a lot Fred! But the initial drone shot is AMAZING 🤩 Great job dude! All the best!
Thanks a lot!! It’s very encouraging to hear that! Sunrises are always amazing but terribly cold!
I want to go there just so I can exclaim "Wow, look at all the Lesbians."
Hahaha
