I find that Tan Sau with Pak Sau counter (found in Wooden Dummy form) to an elbow strike at 3:45 works best only if the incoming elbow from Bong Sau is crossing your centre. If it's on centre, or 'outside gate' it's harder to attempt the Tan + Pak sau counter
