Cheers there have been several versions of the arms...the it's hard to explain in writing...but some parts are resistance bands...I have a more modern version in my newer clips..

Wow! what a cool equipment set up. Are some of the dummies your own design?
The yellow and red one is made from planks of wood to create a long box shape...making it very easy to put arms in as it is hollow compared to a solid wooden chunk..

Nice drills, good variation and use of tan sao, Pak sao, Wu Sao and fuk Sao. I miss doing chi Sao, what a great drill 👍🏽
Thankyou just keeping it simple..more advanced the attacker can throw multiple strikes..but in this case just one because it's recognition of the first point of domination ie the chain punch 👊

This is sliiiiick What all did you use to make this? Would like to make one of my own
Car springs as the back of the arm..and at the back of arm has bungee to keep them level..I used resistance bands as the rubber for the elbows..to attach the arms to the body I used plastic wrap...and it all has loads of pvc tape to keep it sturdy...
