After 3 months of daily fitness training and exercise I went for my second DEXA scan in London for day 90. I don't want to be a cliche but I am truly amazed by my results and progress so far! When it's working correctly it doesn't make much noise at all!

A tough one to take, but glad to hear you will be getting back to it as soon as you can. Hope your recovery goes well! Remember, it’s not how hard you hit, but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward 💪🏼
I wish you a very speedy recovery! What a shame this happened day 100, but hopefully you can be back on track very soon. 💕 Agree with you about those outdoor gyms. I was very excited the first time I saw one, but swiftly left very disappointed. The one I tried the machines were not weighted at all, I just thought "What is the actual point to this??" I only ever see small children on them now, like a little playground 🤣
