This win tells me more about Milwaukee than the Knicks. Milwaukee is not a top tier team. I want to see the Knicks beat Cle, OKC and Bos before really getting optimistic. I'd like to see Precious in the starting 5 and Mikal coming off the bench for a while.

They're still tweaking the lineup, Mitch's return is tbd, and our dominant bench from last year, is now a work in progress. Take this into consideration and the Knicks are 3rd in the East and 4th overall. But these high expectations make a regular-season loss feel worse. Trust me, when they get it together, it will be some amazing basketball to watch :)

Just now listening to today's podcast but before I hear everything you guys are going to say i hope this tempers what all we think we can accomplish this year with this improved version of the Knicks. We must get to a regular rotation that includes playing 9 guys consistently to develop experience and chemistry AND not wear our players out! The Knicks are for all intents and purposes an excellent 3/4's team, at or near the top in the NBA! The problem is the game is played for 4 quarters. We are losing the 4th quarters this year because of too many minutes for the starters and not enough burn for the other 4-5 guys that should be playing. The very best teams (aka OKC, Boston, Cleveland) will beat us in a series if we don't start getting more of the team playing meaningful minutes NOW!!
