Luurve my Unico Apollo! I was all about LadyBoss, but I like the nutrition in Unico better, and tastes ste comparable. If you reslly want a treat, do a scoop of Unico, with half a cup of nonfat greek yogurt, half cup almond milk, 1-3 tbsp sugar free pudding if you want to amplify change taste (faves are cheesecake and banana cream), i throw in collagen peptides and MCT oil, 3 cups ice, and blend like crazy. Its like a sonic frappe. Lurve! Top w nonfat coolwhip and a sprinle of kind vanilla and even more indulgent. ;) The Banana Cream and Vanilla Ive cresm are my faves so far.

i used regular milk with a blender bottle. It was a little chalky/gritty in the back of my throat. Was that the same experience for you? Maybe I should try almond milk.

Something I also see a lack in is BIPOC stickers. I tend to see planner stickers that are mainly white or doodles to show no color but I think planner stickers should be as diverse as our world.
