Are you u still active and looking for gold mate?

Do you still do prospecting? I live in South Australia & I've had a slight interest in this for a while, but never ever tried it & don't know anyone that does it If you're still around, can you give me a quick rundown on what I should obtain for my first attempt? What type of equipment would you recommend a beginner with no experience get? I don't want to get top of the range everything in case I never find anything & the passion dies down I think if I found something it'd keep me going though I need an activity to get me out the house & in the environment

Hi mate I see it's been a while but thought I'd try to reach out to you any way. Keen as to find some where to pan but in 12 months I've found a grand total of nothing. I have a young family who enjoy creek walks in adelaide and would be so thankful if you could find the time to meet up with us and impart some knowledge personally to improve our chances.

I was just at Jupiter's creek and all I see is many holes dug by people with metal detectors and I think all the gold is gone.

Gday, I found a spot in Adelaide that looks to have a lot of potential, quarts. veins and old rounded river rocks but I wouldn’t mind hitting it with someone with experience as I have little. I thought you might like to accompany me, if your interested let me know. Cheers

have you ever tryed sixth creek ,the gold there comes from uradla i think.i had nice spot few years back near were sixth creek flows in to torrens .there use to be a wilow tree there ,the roots held nice siz gold ,but tree gone so not so good now

Where is this place I can take my dog and kids in the Adelaide hills mate. Most places are conservation parks National Parks or private property

Enjoy seeing your videos - it's good to watch someone prospecting closer to home. I live near Victor Harbor ... the creeks and rivers I've tried to checkout are either to hard to access, or on private property. I'm new to this. I've got some equipment - splurged on a yabby pump - but I haven't tried any of it on a creek as yet, just watched heaps of videos. If people are more considerate and stop littering places they go to, then maybe the laws might change. Fingers X'd! Thanks for sharing ...
