The Alive II that I had was black vol 1 and white vol 2. I guess the reverse color is a crc version.

I still have the Alive II version of Calling Dr. Love burned into my brain. Where it fades out during the flanged out drum fill on track 1 and then fades back in on track 2.

I have a complete KISS meets the Phantom soundtrack playlist. And a complete KISS in Attack of the Phantoms soundtrack playlist. And they're not the playlists that are just a bunch of songs in the wrong order.

OK I just ordered this and it is the original mix not the resurrected mix. Has anyone else experienced this? My version despite saying “resurrected” on it and having the updated cover art does not have the restored guitar solo on Sweat Pain, the acoustic guitar intro on Beth, Paul still says “down 95” on Detroit Rock City, the car crash between DRC and KOTNW sounds the same as the original.

Qué tal mi cuate, soy fan de Kiss desde los 70's. Tengo una amplia colección, Lp's, cassettes, Cd, VHS hasta Beta, originales y esa presentación aquí en el estado de México, y alrededores no lo encuentro, un abrazo desde Cd Neza, Estado de México.....

It's a shame the venue didn't make enough ticket sale money for it to go through with the concert. I was pretty excited and it was one of the reasons me and my bf went to vegas again (no complaints still had fun there). But hey least the bands in good health and still rocking out.

This special was my introduction to KISS in '76 and I have my Mom to thank. She was a huge fan of Paul Lynde's which was the reason for it being on in my household in the first place. I remember watching the band and being completely mesmerized. I was hooked and have been a hard-core KISS fan since. My Mom back in the day hated KISS, but she knew how important they were to me and always supported me liking them. She was the BEST!!

So many people bash them, but I tell ya. We kids were not quite teens yet, and we wondered what all the crazy hype was with the older kids. Well I figured it out when I watched this and other performances on TV. It was so different from the other bands out at the time. Kiss fan for life. JT.
