My Zibi machine is loosing air, any tip on how this can be fixed?
I dont understand how the balloon doesn’t deflate after removing the pump. Can someone explain?
It's a vacuum pump inside, so the vacuum keeps the balloon against the inside of the stuffer machine. He said his is old so his vacuum pump leaks a little which is why he had to reinflate it a little
when you stuff a soft toy inside, the sleeve is inconvenient. In fact it should be wrapped around the collar !

What keeps the air inside after you air it up? I missed that
When the balloon is inflating it creates higher than atmospheric pressure between the balloon and the chamber casing. This pushes air out through the sides. But once you stop inflating the balloon which is now pulling to return to its resting state creates a negative pressure pulling both halves of the chamber closed and creating a vacuume.

1. Get rid of the balloon sizing shit. Go organic. 2. ALWAYS press the balloon against you and release a little air. This will help get the perfectly round shape.
the stuffed balloon should be always oblong and will not look good if round.
