I'm not sure if I will still go to apply to Dunkin' 'cuz I'm not good at working under pressure and I also have anxiety to my crewmates and customers (social anxiety). But I want to learn. Watching you I feel so overwhelmed. It reminds me of my first job. 😢😭

The dunkin i work at management sucks i never worked somewhere like dunkin n the way management expects u to know everything in 1 or 2 days then tells u to do other things is bs its only good for fast learners n the manager treats everyone different n is rude etc

I wanna ask because I have a interview in 2hr how do I respond when they say why shouldn't we hire u ?

I just got a job at dunkin yesterday and I start on 7/27. The manager literally hired me on the spot cuz my schedule worked 😂😂

DD was my first job. I got it when I was 19 during my freshman year of college in 2021. At first I worked morning shifts which were just chaotic. But then I got transferred to afternoon to closing shifts which were definitely better. I worked at a small store that had only one table with two seats and two other chairs next to the table stand near the window and exits. So most of the time the customers would just grab their stuff and go. Afternoon shifts were pretty fun. It was just me and a my coworker who was a baker. My coworker was way older than me and he didn’t even know to work the register that properly or speak English properly. But he was good at everything else. He knew how to do the sandwiches and most of the drinks. Plus getting a new baker is pretty hard because of the training so might as well keep the current one. But I quit the job a few months ago because I wanted full time. But I couldn’t get it because all of my coworkers were adults and they needed the extra shifts and hours more than me which was fine. But now I work at CVS. I kinda really do miss working at DD. Although some customers can get annoying and rush hour can be a headache, I was allowed to drink lattes and iced coffees whenever I wanted lmao. Best part about the job was all the free drinks and food. And the fun coworkers if anyone is lucky enough to have. Good luck anyone. Also if you do get the job, make sure to give away donuts and munchkins an hour before closing because your gonna throw them away anyways so might as well make some customers happy and give them a few. Especially if they’re homeless. I always gave free donuts and coffee to the homeless and they were always happy. I also always took some home so my siblings can have some before going to school.

Bruh I went to my interview fried ash and got the job. I was never even properly trained just thrown in the workspace and didn’t meet the manager until my third day. It’s a pretty easy job to acquire trust me
