Best fix for the emotionally tough:: stare in a mirror, look into your own eyes and say :: " I forgive you, I love you, I am good enough and I am no longer effected by anything from the past that I don't choose to be effected by." It may take days of trying but you will know when it starts to work , you'll recoil away and get angry , but force yourself to continue. Keep repeating it until you have a long, snot dripping , vocal ,heaving blubbering cry . Repeat until the cry stops and the emotional weight lifts.
