Anyone else remember the episode where they do the freeze dance but they just freeze time?

I thought this was a dream I once had until today, when suddenly and out of freaking nowhere my brain remembered the name of the show. This feels so weird, like a deja vu

Still got memories being sick and having nothing else to watch at 3 AM but nick jr and this was on. I was probably around 10-ish, so I disliked the "baby shows" (nickelodeon would have nick at night on), but the show grew on me lol. I still think about it sometimes to this day.

My dad and I burned so many songs from this show to CDs when I was little 😭
