Thank you for posting this! I appreciate it! In the future please listen to this and find a way to adjust the audio/microphone for next time. Example: At timestamp 6:40 - listen to the gent on the left and notice how he keeps cutting in and out because his speech isn't directed at the mirophone. Still a great value-add, thank you!

Can add that a lot of the approvals or signoffs can even be automated using Power Automate if Shifts is used in a way where the manager signoff is unnecessary. Also to plug in for missing notifications, putting things into Outlook, creating followup tasks etc.
